Early-Access Offer Terms
These terms govern evvnly’s launch early-access offer (the “Offer”). The Offer is run by Rather Active - Unipessoal, Lda (Portugal, NIPC 517304198), the operator of evvnly. They sit alongside our Terms of Service; where the Offer is concerned, these terms apply. Questions? Email [email protected].
The Offer
- First 100 to register — evvnly Plus free for life. The first 100 people to create an evvnly account when we launch receive evvnly Plus free for the lifetime of their account.
- Pre-launch waitlist — 2 months free. Everyone who joined our pre-launch waitlist before we launch receives 2 months of evvnly Plus free.
- If you joined the waitlist and are among the first 100 to register, the lifetime grant applies instead of the 2 months — you get the better of the two, not both.
Conditions
- Eligibility for the lifetime grant is determined by the order in which accounts are created after launch — the first 100 completed registrations. The waitlist grant requires that you joined the waitlist before launch and register with that same email address.
- “Lifetime” means the lifetime of your evvnly account. The grant ends if you delete your account, or if we close it under our Terms of Service. It does not transfer to anyone else.
- Each grant is personal to your account, non-transferable, and limited to one per person.
- The grants apply to personal accounts only. They do not apply to any separate business or organisation plans we may offer in the future.
- After any free period ends, your account simply continues on the free plan — we will not start charging you unless you choose a paid plan.
- A free grant covers the standard evvnly Plus features as they exist from time to time. It does not include separate one-off purchases (such as a Trip Pass) unless we say so.
- We may verify eligibility, and we may withhold or withdraw a grant where we reasonably believe it has been claimed through fraud, abuse, duplicate or automated sign-ups, or a breach of our Terms of Service.
- The Offer is limited — the lifetime grant is capped at the first 100 registrations — and we may change or withdraw it before launch. Once a grant has been applied to your account, we will honour it under these terms.
When this Offer ends
This Offer is open until 31 December 2026. We may also close it earlier once the launch grants have been allocated — the lifetime grant is capped at the first 100 registrations, and the waitlist grant is limited to people who joined before launch. After the Offer closes we make no further grants, but any grant already applied to your account keeps the terms above — in particular, a lifetime grant continues for the lifetime of your account.
Language versions
These Offer Terms are available in several languages. The English version is the original version and prevails in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of habitual residence provides otherwise.

This Offer is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If anything in these Offer terms conflicts with the main Terms of Service on the subject of the Offer, these Offer terms apply.
